Are you looking for the resetting methods for macbook? The following steps will show you how to reset a MacBook Pro from the Apple Menu.
        1. Shut down all your apps with Command + Q or QuitAll, unplug add-ons, like hard drives, and save your work.
        2. Find the Apple Menu icon by the Apple logo in the top-left of your screen and pick Restart.
        3. Do what the screen tells you.
        4. A box will pop up asking if you’re sure you want to restart your MacBook Pro. Hit the Restart button to begin.
        5. After the reboot, you’ll need to sign in to your desktop again.
